    Description: 
    A full-length female figure, symbolizing justice, stands wearing a draped garment with her proper right shoulder, breast, and arm exposed. She is blindfolded and carries a sword in her proper right hand that hangs downward. Her proper left arm extends outward and upward and she holds a scale in her hand. The figure stands atop a stone base.
