Remarks:
The sculpture was originally installed in 1949 in the courtyard of St. Joseph Hospital at Linwood and Prospect in Kansas City, Missouri. It was installed there from 1949 to 1977, when it was moved to the courtyard of Saint Joseph Health Center in Kansas City, Missouri. It remained there until 1994, when it was moved to its current site inside the medical mall of Saint Joseph Health Center. The current base is the 1902 cornerstone from the former St. Joseph Hospital chapel, which was demolished ca. 1935.
