Inscription:  unsigned Description:  Three tall, elongated human figures cut from thin sheets of stainless steel which move in the wind. The figures stand in a circle holding hands. One leg of each figure is secured to a low, circular base and the other is leg is slightly back. One figure is painted red, one is painted black, and one is unpainted. The red-painted figure has a small circle cut out of its head. The unpainted figure has a small red circle painted on its head. A plaque located on a wall behind the sculpture reads: KAUFMAN BROAD/PRESENTS/TO THE PEOPLE OF OXNARD/"TRINITY DANCE 91"/BY J. PALMER. The SOS! survey lists the title as "Trinity Dance 91" and lists the execution date as 1991, but the artist completed a "Basic Information for California SOS!
