Inscription:  Charles Cary Rumsey (Also:) H Rouard, fondeur, Paris signed Founder's mark appears. Description:  Man astride a horse, his proper right arm around horse's neck, he holds his torso against the proper right side of horse's head. He faces toward the back of the horse. His proper left arm is outstretched, he holds a bow in proper left hand. Horse is rearing up on hind legs.
