    Erected by the friends of Elton Britt through the Elton Britt Memorial Fund. James "Elton" Britt Baker (1913-1972) was a country-western singer, composer and "the world's greatest yodeler." He was associated personally and professionally with the Horton family of Broad Top City. IAS files contains additional biographical information about Britt.
