    Description: 
    Six abstract figures, arranged in a circular group, 30 feet in diameter. The figures are: "Major Power" (a mechanical-looking contraption with a menacing protuberance); "One Major Power" (a seated figure); "The Angelic Umpire with Forked Tongue" (a curvilinear piece with an upright post); "Nuclear Oracle Phoenix" (an anthropomorphic figure with a plaque in its mid-section); "Nose Cone Nuclear Monolith" (a missile-shaped piece); and "The Monitor" (a conglomeration of large circular and tubular machine parts).
