Inscription:  (Plaque base front:) The City/By Barbara Chavous American b. 1936 To Honor/J.T. Edwards Sr (1900-1988)/The FAMILY HE Founded/The Edwards Companies/(list of several names) signed Description:  A large blue sculpture made up of 1 and 2 in. metal tubing. Most of the tubing is set vertically, like buildings in a city. One side has a large circular-shape; a crescent shape is visible at the top. The piece was commissioned by The Central Ohio Construction Industry to honor the late J. T. Edwards Sr., founder of the steel fabricating plant in Franklinton that bears his name. The J. T.
