    Description: 
    A large blue sculpture made up of 1 and 2 in. metal tubing. Most of the tubing is set vertically, like buildings in a city. One side has a large circular-shape; a crescent shape is visible at the top.

    IAS files contain a copy of The Columbus Dispatch (Columbus, OH), June 6, 1991. The piece was commissioned by The Central Ohio Construction Industry to honor the late J. T. Edwards Sr., founder of the steel fabricating plant in Franklinton that bears his name. The J. T. Edwards Company fabricating the piece, and Turner Construction provided the concrete base.
