    Remarks: 
    The sculpture is reported to be the largest concrete sculpture in the West and the work has received an award from the Concrete Reinforcing Steel Institute in Chicago. The sculpture, commissioned by the City of Richmond Art Commission and mall developer Chevron Land and Development Company, was funded by taxes levied on automobile dealers in the special assessment district in which the sculpture is located.
