    Description: 
    President William McKinley stands with head turned slightly to the proper right holding out his proper right hand with palm up. In his proper left hand at his side he holds a rolled up document. McKinley is dressed in a necktie and double-breasted knee-length jacket. The sculpture is mounted on a square base with a stepped bottom of the base.
