Description:
A series of eight bronze relief plaques, mounted on the outside walls of city hall building. The plaques depict historic scenes from the city of Arcata. Depictions include scenes of a railway inspection car; a wharf with boats; series of local buildings, including bank, school, church and historic and modern city hall; and a creamery with horses pulling carts.
