Decorative elements on the Second Avenue entrance of the building consists of a pointed arch over the pediment of the entrance. The arch's ornamentation includes a motif of vegetation and elves. There is a circle in the center of the pediment which appears to missing its relief. There is also a dragon relief over a door on the 12th Street side.
