    Description: 
    A fountain composed of three tiered basins on top of a fluted pedestal base. The base rests atop a wide foundation surrounded by a ring of thick foliage and a chain and post fence. The fountain is used as a planter.

    Remarks: 
    The fountain was installed in 1887 by the A.D. Hamilton Woman's Relief Corps No. 4, auxiliary to the Grand Army of the Republic. IAS files contain a Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Catalog sculpture report (Rock County I.D. No. RCVM 20) prepared Nov. 1, 1991.
