    Description: 
    A relief sculpture mounted on a wall outside the Visitors Center. The relief, which depicts early African American settlers of the area, includes two male figures and one female. At the proper left is a seated male figure. Beside him stands a male figure with his left hand on the right shoulder of the seated figure. On their proper right is a standing woman facing straight forward with her arms at her sides.
