    Description: 
    Young female figure that may be Anna Cedelle Fletcher (1893-1925), wearing long gown with square neck and eyelet border. Her wavy hair is parted in the middle and hangs loose below her shoulders. She holds a stem of lilies balanced against her proper left arm as she descends three steps. Both her hands are broken off at the wrists. Her gown hangs in folds over the steps which are flanked by two flower planters. Behind her is an inscribed headstone decorated with a relief of lilies.

    Anna Cedelle Fletcher (1893-1925), was the daughter of John C. Fletcher, a wealthy planter from the area. She is said to have died just prior to her wedding. The dress depicted on figure may be a copy of her wedding dress.
