Standing figure of Dr. William Moffatt Grier wears a long coat, suit, beard and carries a cane in the crook of his proper right arm. His proper right hand is inside his coat, resting on his chest. He holds a book, possibly a Bible, in his proper left hand. The figure stands a columnic base.
