Sculpture: appears to be cement with small grains of quartz; Base: concrete.

2 lions. Each: approx. 3 ft. 8 in. x 1 ft. 2 in. x 2 ft. 6 in.; Base: approx. 3 x 3 x 3 ft.

A pair of mirror-image concrete lions are installed on either side of the entrance at Windsor Forge. Each lion sits on it haunches, front paws resting on a shield which is scrolled at the corners. The lions are installed square concrete bases.

In the 1970s, one of the lions was broken from its base and stolen. It was later found on a highway median strip, and was returned to Windsor Forge.
