(artist's monogram?) Wanlass signed Description:  Sculpture of Lewis and Clark stands atop a circular base. The figures stand among rocks and tree limbs and a large dog stands between their feet. Lewis holds a rifle and Clark holds an open book. Both figures wear moccasins and other Native-American styled clothing. The lower portion depicts, in relief, scenes from their journey, fort plans and an image of Thomas Jefferson.
