Description:  Standing male figure dressed in wide-brimmed hat, trousers with suspenders, a front button shirt with a pocket on each side of his chest. His pants are tucked into his knee-high boots. His proper right hand holds the end of an ax which rests at his feet. A Winchester rifle rests vertically against the rocks on his proper left side. Figure and connected rock formation are on top of the white painted concrete base.
