Inscription:  Ida Prokop Lee (Plaque on base:) In Memory of/John Moses/1885-1945/Governor of North Dakota/United States Senator/Dedicated on June 12, 1960. signed Description:  The head of John Moses sits on top of a concrete pediment, which angles outward and down from the top. Widest at "chest" height, the base then tapers down to the bottom, in a coffin-like shape. Behind the sculpture are five 9 ft.-high brick pillars, which are topped with a horizontal band.
