    Description: 
    Full-length male Indian figure stands on a pedestal. He wears blue fringed trousers, blue arm bands and a red cape. He also wears a feathered headdress with red, white and blue feathers. His proper right hand shades his eyes. There is a knife on his proper left hip.

    Remarks: 
    The sculpture was purchased by Mr. & Mrs. Herbert S. Browne of Winnetka, Illinois, and in 1946 was part of the Bryant Fleming estate. Mr. Fleming had the figure mounted on a base at the Academy grounds. The sculpture is stored indoors every winter.
