Description:
A figure of an angel with full-length wings, dressed in a long, loose-fitting tunic, stands with its proper left arm raised up to its chest. The figure is placed atop an inscribed base that is decorated around the upper perimeter with a bronze relief depicting World War I soldiers marching and carrying rifles.
