    Description: 
    Bronze relief plaque attached to the face of a granite marker. On the left side of the plaque is a full-length female figure dressed in robe, sandals, breastplate and a World War I helmet. On her breastplate is the United States Army insignia. In her proper right hand she holds a sword, in her proper left hand she holds out a long scroll.
