    Description: 
    Two male figures, one a Civil War soldier and the other a World War I soldier, stand side-by-side atop an inscribed multitiered base. The Civil War soldier, a bearded man dressed in a military uniform consisting of a knee-length coat, a cap, cape, and boots, stands to the proper left of the World War I soldier and holds the barrel of a gun with his proper left hand while placing his proper right hand on the shoulder of the other figure. The World War I figure, a younger man dressed in a military uniform consisting of britches, belt, jacket, and brimmed hat, stands with his proper left hand upon the barrel of the gun and his proper right arm raised.
