Dimensions:  Sculpture: approx. 4 ft. x 3 ft. 4 in. x 1. ft. 6 in.; Base: approx. 8 ft. 11 1/2 in. x 4 ft. x 4 ft. Inscription:  (Top plaque on west side:) Dedicated in memory of George Barbaro whose unselfish dedication made this memorial possible. Re-dedicated November 11, 1989 by Arthur Williams Post #161. The American Legion (Bottom plaque on south side:) Dedicated Nov. 11, 1957 to eternal peace unsigned Description:  Red brick obelisk with bronze-plated eagle on top. Bronze plaques on each side of obelisk. Plaques on west side memorialize Korean War dead, plaques on south side memorialize World War II dead, plaques on east side memorialize World War I dead. Plaques at top of north and east sides memorialize Vietnam War dead.
