A stone portrait bust of Mr. J. W. McGrath wearing a suit and tie. He looks straight forward and has a moustache and short hair. On the front of the rectangular, tiered, stone base is a relief of a wreath. The base is surrounded by rows of plantings. Directly behind the sculpture is a covered light.
