Inscription:  unsigned Description:  A pair of reclining lions flank an entrance staircase to the Hinkly House Museum. The lions both have large manes, carved roughly, and are mounted upon short, rectangular bases atop the stairway siding. Mr. Hinkly, whose home became the Hinkly House Museum, paid the artist one dollar a day to carve the lions from a model.
