Relief portrait of George Washington mounted on exterior brick wall. Washington is seen standing, dressed in uniform. His cloak billows in the wind. He is holding his hat with both hands in front of him. His sword is situated on his proper left side. His bag or satchel is lying on the ground on his proper left side. There is a log cabin and a flag on a flagpole in the distance on his proper right side.
