    Description: 
    A Civil War soldier stands at parade rest. He wears a visored-cap, cape, knee-length jacket, and holds the barrel of his rifle with his proper left hand while the butt rests by his foot. He has his proper right hand on his hip. He stands atop a multitiered base with inscriptions on the front.
