    Description: 
    Joseph and a young Jesus stand next to Mary who is seated on a bench to their proper left. Joseph, dressed in mid-calf length robes and sandals, places his proper left hand on Mary's back and his proper right hand on Jesus' shoulder. Mary, dressed in long robes and a veil over her head, places her proper right hand on Jesus' back. A barefoot Jesus, dressed in a short-sleeved robe, reaches out with his proper left hand to grasp the proper left hand of Mary. The sculpture rests on a low rectangular base in the center of a circular planter.
