Sculpture: marble, painted white and blue inset in limestone; Wall: cobblestone with flagstone top.

14 reliefs. Each: approx. 2 ft. x 1 ft. x 2 in.; Wall: approx. 6 1/2 x 3 x 2 ft. (21 tons).

Fourteen reliefs depict the Stations of the Cross. Each relief is set into a stone frame and installed on a pedestal. A low wall between the pedestals creates one unit.

Formerly located St. Joseph's Hospital, Omaha, Nebraska 1950-1985.

The Stations were originally installed at St. Joseph's Hospital in Omaha, Nebraska, which was run by the Sisters of St. Francis in Perpetual Adoration. When the hospital was razed in 1985, the Stations were obtained by the Glenwood (Iowa) Council no. 6977, Knights of Columbus. The reliefs were painted shortly prior to Oct. 1995, the date of the SOS! survey. IAS files include a related article from the journal Columbia, April, 1986, pg. 16-19.
