A crucifixion scene depicting Christ on the cross wearing a loincloth and a crown of thorns. A figure of the Virgin Mary stands to the left of the cross wearing a long tunic and a long shawl covering her hair. She holds her hands together at waist level. A figure of Mary Magdelene with lengthy hair wears a long tunic and kneels in front of the cross clinging to it with both arms. A figure of St. John the Apostle stands to the right of the cross wearing a long tunic and cloak. He holds both hands together in a gesture of prayer at chest level.
