Standing figure of a Civil War soldier. He wears a uniform consisting of a long coat, a cape buttoned at the top and a cap. The mustached figure holds a flag in his proper left hand and his proper right hand is in front of him. His proper right foot is forward and bent at the knee. The soldier and base are of a silver-colored metal.
