Description:
Three standing figures. In the center, the figure of Liberty, surrounded on one side by a World War I soldier, on the other a World War I sailor. Liberty is holding up a flame in her proper right hand and holds a shield by her side in her proper left hand. Both the soldier and the sailor are in uniform standing with their hands by their sides. The soldier holds a rifle in his proper right hand.

Inscription on a plaque on one side of sculpture reads: DEDICATED TO THOSE WHO MADE THE SUPREME SACRIFICE/VF of W POST 443 May 30, 1985; and on the other side of the sculpture reads: CIVIL WAR CASUALTIES VETERAN OF FOREIGN WARS OF U.S./PANA POST 443 1 30 May 1985. Inscription on a plaque in back of the sculpture reads: TO HONOR ALL MEN AND WOMEN WHO FOUGHT AND PARTICIPATED IN/DEFENDING OUR COUNTRY DURING DESERT SHIELD/DESERT STORM/IN PERSIAN GULF WAR - DEDICATED NOV. 11, 1991 BY/SERVICEMAN'S SUPPORT GROUP.
