Inscription:  (Lower front:) - BIRDS BUILD BUT NOT I BUILD - GOETHE Description:  Two vertical columns set on a two-tiered horizontal "base," with a beam set across the top. A metal pipe with holes along it is set in the top beam. Water drips down and is caught in a basin below the base. On either side of the sculpture, there is a bench.
