Pleased/with such hospitality, he exclaimed,/"This is surely a Social Circle"./ This remark gave the town its name and/this replica stands as a monument/to this event./.Social Circle Garden Club. Description:  A replica of a well with a bucket, enclosed in a rectangular gazebo structure. The entire piece sets within a brick enclosed planter set in the middle of Main Street.
