Description:
A standing portrait of James Taylor with his proper right hand resting on a stump at his proper right side and his proper left hand raised to his chest. He is dressed in a top hat and a jacket. The sculpture is mounted atop a shaft with a decorated cornice containing an encircled letter "T" on the front.
