Description:  Memorial fountain consists of figures around fountain shaft, with basin and statue of Indian and eagle on top of the memorial. Figures on shaft represent the four principal divisions of the Services of Supply of the American Expeditionary Forces- Administration, Construction, Procurement and Distribution. The eight faces below the upper basin represented the coats of arms of eight French cities which had important installations.
