    Description: 
    A New England mariner stands behind the large wheel of ship, with both hands on the wheel. He has a beard and wears a hooded, thigh-length raincoat, with the hood covering his head. The mariner resembles the late Florida Senate president, Jerry Thomas, with a beard. The base upon which the mariner stands has been formed to look like wood decking.
