    Description: 
    Equestrian figure of man seated on horse. Horse is leaning back with proper left front leg raised. Man is dressed in long coat, vest, sash, and ruffled shirt. His body is turned to proper right and he holds hat in outstretched proper right arm. Sword hangs from proper left leg of figure. Eagle emblem on corner of saddle blanket. Sculpture set on rough textured granite base with polished top.
