    Description: 
    Full-length portrait of Elizabeth Ann Seton. She wears a long dress, short jacket and ruffled cap. She holds a crucifix in her hands at chest level. A rosary hangs from her waist. The bronze sculpture stands on a two-tiered concrete base.

    Remarks: 
    The sculpture was acquired from the Ivo de Metz Art Studio in Ortiza, Italy through Zigler of Tulsa, OK. Text on the granite plaque on the base refers to the original Seton Infirmary, located on 26th Street, which was established in 1901. The infirmary reopened at its current location in 1975.
