An abstract vertical sculpture with an upper part that resembles a twisted rope. The upper section is placed on end, on top of several smaller stones that form a wider platform below.

Remarks:
The sculpture was created as part of an International Sculpture Symposium, organized by local sculptor Mel Fowler to commemorate the United States Bicentennial. Twenty-three sculptors were invited to participate. The sculptures were originally installed at Veterans Park (Myrtle & Main Streets). Because they were subject to vandalism over the years, they were moved in 1987 to their current site at Liberty Hill High School. IAS files contain
