    Description: 
    A portrait of Kosciuszko standing facing the Benjamin Franklin Parkway. Dressed in colonial, military costume, he stands with both hands and arms pulled behind its back. His proper right hand holds a scroll. His proper left leg is forward with a sword at his side. The surface texture of the bronze sculpture is rough.
