This replica was created by David Wilkins in 1973. SOS! survey reports sculpture made of plaster and concrete. Article in Los Angeles Times, Nov. 28, 1973 reports sculpture made of wire mesh and fiberglass. IAS files contain copies of related material from Los Angeles Times May 1, 1950 and Nov. 28, 1973.
