    Description:
Abstract sculpture consisting the four corners of a square positioned on a square foundation to form a cube. The foundation is flush with the ground. The four elements of the sculpture were cut from one large rock. The artist used a stone saw to cut through the stone diagonally in one direction and then in another direction. The exterior cut sides have been polished smooth while the interior sides have been left untouched and are very rough. To install the sculpture, holes were drilled into the bottom of each piece and a three foot steel spike was driven through the stone into the ground. Sculpture is installed in Butcher Sculpture Garden, on the banks of the Wissahicken Creek near Cedrela Grove.
