    Remarks:
The sculpture is a 1/4 scale interpretive re-creation of the original Goddess of Liberty created by Chinese students during the Tiananmen Square demonstrations in Beijing, China. The San Francisco sculpture was created by Marsh with the assistance of five anonymous Chinese artists. Laczko designed the pedestal; Farais fabricated the pedestal steel structure; Wells fabricated the granite. The sculpture was given to the city by the San Francisco Goddess of Democracy Project.
