A huge replica of a milk bottle with a cream line indicated in paint and a bottlecap made of folded canvas. The milk bottle is fourteen times the size of an actual dairy bottle. The back of the milk bottle has a small door which allows one to enter the interior.

The milk bottle may have been designed by Frederick Uttley Wells, owner of the Quonquont Dairy and Stock Farm, as an advertisement for his Quonquont Dairy Bar. The milk bottle stood outside of the Quonquont Dairy Bar from 1932 to 1941. After Frederick Uttley Wells' death, the sculpture was relocated to the site of another restaurant. IAS files contain a copy of the Massachusetts Historical Commission Form C - Object questionnaire dated May 1993.
