Remarks:
The sculpture was brought to WSU on loan from the artist for an exhibition at the Edwin A. Ulrich Museum's Kouri Sculpture Terrace. While on loan to the University, it was selected as a permanent work to be installed on the newly developed Plaza of Heroines. Funding was provided by the Wichita State University Endowment Art Committee. IAS files contain related articles from Wichita Eagle, March 18, 1997 and Oct. 13, 1997; and Wichita Times (WSU), April 1997.
