Description:
Two separate bronze pieces, one a running lynx and one a running rabbit, are mounted on a single base. The lynx is chasing the rabbit and is caught mid stride, just as its front paws hit the ground and its hind quarters are still up in the air. Racing ahead of the lynx is a rabbit, also caught in mid stride, its front paws leaving the ground and its hind quarters extended as it is about to jump forward. The rabbit is making a sharp left turn as the lynx makes a sharp left turn in pursuit. These two bronze pieces are mounted on a concrete base which is covered with plaster.
