    Description: 
    A nude child stands in front of a nude adult male kneeling on his proper left knee. The adult places his proper right hand near the child's hip while he points in front of the child with his extended proper left hand. Neither figure has genitalia or hair, and both are painted gray. The sculpture is mounted on a circular base that is placed inside of a circular planter under a covered walkway.

    Remarks: 
    The sculpture was commissioned by the Walt Disney World Company and was cast at a foundry at Haines City, Florida. The entire project cost $16,000. A plaque on the front of planter below the sculpture reads: Show Me The Way/Presented/to the/Children Of Orange County, Florida/By The/WALT DISNEY World Co./December 1990. IAS files contain a printout from PR Newswire Association, Inc., Dec. 17, 1990, which contains the text of a newspaper article on the dedication.
