    Two bronze lamp posts, each consisting of a rectangular base, a long fluted column with foliate ornament, and a rectangular lantern.

    Remarks: 
    The twin lamps are located approximately 300 feet from the entrance to the Cleveland Museum of Art, one to the southeast and the other to the southwest. They were dedicated in conjunction with a national celebration of Edison Day, the 50th anniversary of the invention of the incandescent lamp. The lamps were designed by Gosling and assembled by Union Metal Manufacturer. They were installed by the General Electric Illuminating Company on the Museum grounds and lit on October 21, 1929.
